Chocolat Meilleure and Vanilla Mieux are young witches who must get as many human hearts as possible. The girl who collects the most hearts becomes the Queen of the Magical World. Not as morbid as it sounds. The series is actually quite cute and funny.

By the way, Chocolat is my fave. Unlike Vanilla who is borderline Mary Sue, Chocolat has such a spunky personality. (And oh, how I loathe Blanca, Vanilla's arrogant familiar. Grrr.)
