Midori is too shy to confess her feelings to Seiji, a delinquent from another school. When she discovers she's literally become his right hand, she uses this opportunity to not only confess, but to also get to know him better. Seiji, while flattered he finally has an admirer, is freaked out! After all, the hand that he uses to protect himself and others from fellow delinquents is gone...

I loathe Mary Sue-ish characters, but Midori (along with Ai from Ai Yori Aoshi) is an exception. Her interaction with Seiji is just too cute.
