Things that cover the manga, anime, and live action versions of Usagi as well as this site (hence the subdirectory name).

I had an Usagi shrine of sorts waaaay back in 2000 that was hosted on Geocities. But since it was terrible, I deleted it. Then when I got this domain, which, by the way, was named after her and Luna, the heroine in Lunar: Silver Star Story, I revived my Usagi shrine and added a bit more info. I named it Clair de lune, the French word for moonlight. Sadly, it was never completed.

I got interested in Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon crossover fanfics in 2000. Or maybe 2001. Anyway, I decided to revive my defunct Usagi shrine and name it Phases of the Moon. It wasn't really a shrine, per se, but more like a rants page. You see, Usagi was bashed a lot in the SM crossover community and the whole thing really pissed me off. Then a few months later, I thought, "This simply won't do." Expanding the simple page o' rants into a full-fledged shrine became a good idea. And this was the result.

Oh yeah, only the images and music found in the media section as well as the sprites are free for the taking. Everything else (layouts and images sprinkled here and there) is off limits. Credit is not necessary although very much appreciated. Also no hotlinking! If you would like to spread the word about this shrine and/or collective, please use these banners. I'm an opinionated person. I don't express my views all the time, but when it comes to Usagi, I make an exception. Kind of. It's just so irritating seeing/hearing people pick on her, you know, as if their own favourite characters aren't flawed. Yeesh. So anyway, I only have three articles so far. I don't think I've used foul language in any of them, but if I did, it should be at a minimum. I'm not a total crass. At least, I like to think so.

Oh yeah, the last two articles (or rants) have to do with the Usagi-bashings over at ffnet.
